2026 Polo @ Sunset

Polo at Sunset is a unique community event that brings together families, community leaders, and supporters for an evening of polo, entertainment, and philanthropy. Set against the backdrop of a summer sunset, guests enjoy a live polo match, tailgating, food, and fellowship while supporting organizations that are making a difference in Central Indiana.

This year, ILADD is proud to partner with the Carmel Youth Assistance Program for the event. While ILADD works to empower adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live meaningful, connected, and self-directed lives through housing, educational programming, and social opportunities, Carmel Youth Assistance Program provides advocacy, mentoring, counseling, and support services to children and families facing social, emotional, behavioral, and financial challenges.

Together, ILADD and the Carmel Youth Assistance Program represent a shared commitment to strengthening communities and supporting individuals and families at every stage of life. Proceeds from Polo at Sunset help both organizations continue providing critical programs and resources that foster independence, connection, opportunity, and long-term success for those they serve.

General Admission - $40 per car day of event

VIP Sponsor - $1,000

• Premier 20'x10' tailgate space
• Admission for up to 20 guests
• Premier parking at tailgate location for 2 cars
• 5 VIP parking passes
• Two bottles of champagne with glasses
• Snacks, soda, and water included

Tailgate Sponsor - $500

• 10'x10' tailgate space
• Admission for up to 10 guests
• Premier parking at tailgate location for 1 car
• 2 VIP parking passes
• Company name listed on event signage
